Orders ship from the USA within 1 business day (Mon–Fri) with tracking. Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days) is free on orders over $75; faster options are shown at checkout. International shipping is available to selected countries and takes up to 30 days; duties and taxes, when charged by the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility.
We want you to love your LUMERA piece. You may return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless defective. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case contact us within 7 days with a photo and we replace it at no cost. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
LUMERA pieces are 18K gold plated over hypoallergenic stainless steel with hand-set stones, made to resist water and daily wear. To keep the shine for years: put jewelry on after perfume, lotion and hairspray; wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear; avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners; store each piece separately in the LUMERA pouch.
Materials, stones, sizes and weights are described on each product page. Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, stones are cubic zirconia (not diamonds) and metals are plated (not solid gold). Colors may vary slightly between screens and natural light.
